Constantin Bratianu is Professor Emeritus of the UNESCO Department for Business Administration, Faculty of Business Administration, Bucharest University of Economic Studies, Bucharest, Romania. Also, Associate Professor at the Faculty of Management, National University of Political sciences and Public administration, Bucharest, Romania. He obtained the Doctor of Philosophy Degree (Ph.D.) at Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, Georgia, USA in 1981, and Doctor in Management Degree – Magna cum Laude at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies in 2002. During the period of 1998-2000 he was General director for Higher Education in the Ministry of National Education of Romania. Professor Bratianu founded the Management & Marketing international journal and Management Dynamics in the Knowledge Economy journal. He was invited as Visiting Professor by universities from USA, Japan, Egypt, Poland and Hungary. He is a full member of the Academy of Romanian Scientists, and of the International Association for Knowledge Management. In September 2019 he was elected as a President of the International Association for Knowledge Management. His research has been focused in the last 15 years on Knowledge Dynamics, Knowledge Management, Intellectual Capital, Organizational Learning and the Learning Organizations, University Management, Leadership and Governance.

Prof Susanne Durst – Full Professor Management, Department of Business Administration, Reykjavik University
I am interested in developing more crisis-proof and forward-looking small entrepreneurial companies. To do so I am collaborating with like-minded people from different disciplines and different parts of the world. I am always open to expanding my network to increase the likelihood of making an impact.
My research interests are knowledge (risk) management, (open) innovation management, sustainable business development, responsible digitalization and business transfers, especially in the context of smaller entrepreneurial companies.

Prof Tomasz Kalinowski, PhD
A graduate of the University of Gdańsk in the field of foreign trade. He obtained his PhD of economic sciences in 1993 for the thesis “Joint ventures in Poland on the example of companies with German capital”. Professor at the Sopot Academy of Applied Sciences, a long-time and valued member of the university community. Economic diplomat (12 years in total), most recently as a minister-counselor, head of the Economic Department of the Polish Embassy in Berlin. Experience in ownership supervision, e.g. as a member of the supervisory board of the Pomeranian Special Economic Zone. Many years of experience as a lecturer in Master of Business Administration programs. In 2005-2009, head of the Research Area IA (EU, Germany) at the Gdańsk Institute for Market Economics. Member of the Advisory Team of the Foreign and European Union Affairs Committee of the Senate of the Republic of Poland. Professional experience makes him a specialist in the field of international economic relations, foreign direct investment in Poland, regional development as well as communication and negotiation issues in international business.

dr Beata Krawczyk-Bryłka is a business psychologist with PhD in management at Jagiellonian University Cracow. She is Assistant Professor in Department of Entrepreneurship, Faculty of Management and Economics at Gdańsk University of Technology. Since 2021, she has been working in the position of International MBA Director – AMBA accredited executive MBA programme at Gdańsk Tech. She is experienced as HPC Business Expert in European Project: NCC in the framework of EuroHPC, Tricity Academic Supercomputer & Network.
Beata Krawczyk-Bryłka is a scientist with more than 80 publications in area of managing virtual teams, effectual entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial teams, team trust and human resources management (ORCID: 0000-0001-7677-9549). She was the leader of the project: “Effectuation model of entrepreneurial teams. How do effective entrepreneurial teams operate?” founded by National Science Centre Poland (2018-2021).
In the years 2008-2012 she was the Dean for Education at Faculty of Management and Economics, Gdańsk Tech. Beata Krawczyk-Bryłka is awarded academic teacher and business trainer (business negotiations, interpersonal communication, personal development, entrepreneurial competencies). She is licensed Extended DISC expert, certificated in PRINCE2.

Gaby Neumann is Professor in Engineering Logistics at the Technical University of Applied Sciences Wildau (near Berlin). Her current activities and research interests are amongst others linked to fields like problem solving and knowledge management in logistics, logistics simulation and planning, technology-based logistics learning and logistics didactics, and ergonomic workplace design and human-technology interaction in logistics. She has widely published in those fields, regularly presents related research papers at national and international conferences, and contributes to international programme committees.

Darlene Russ-Eft, Ph.D., is Professor Emeritus of Adult and Higher Education, College of Education, Oregon State University (OSU) and a clinical faculty member in the Department of Technology Leadership and Innovation at Purdue University. She is also a faculty member in the doctoral program in human resource development for the National Institute for Development Administration in Bangkok, Thailand. She received her BA from the College of Wooster and MA and PhD from University of Michigan in cognitive psychology. She worked as a Senior Research Scientist for the American Institutes for Research and later worked as the director of research for international training companies before joining OSU, where she has taught doctoral and masters’ courses to senior leaders and practitioners. Her research focuses on issues related to workplace education and learning, leadership development, and evaluation of human resource development interventions. Her most recent book is titled Managing Social Science Research (2017, Wiley). She is past president of the Academy of Human Resource Development (AHRD); past board member of the American Evaluation Association; past director of the International Board of Standards for Training, Performance, and Instruction (ibstpi), and past editor of Human Resource Development Quarterly. She has received recognition as elected to the HRD Scholar Hall of Fame and as a Fellow by the International Board of Standards for Training, Performance, and Instruction.

dr Michał T. Tomczak Ph.D. in Social Sciences, Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Management and Economics, Gdańsk University of Technology (Poland). He worked as a visiting scholar at the University of North Texas, College of Health and Public Service. He is the first Polish researcher in the field of management who conducted research on neurodiversity and work. Author and coauthor of over 50 publications in the field of Human Resources Management, in particular, technology-based and nontechnological solutions for the inclusion and wellbeing of employees with autism and assessment of employee competencies. Principal Investigator and co-investigator of several projects funded by the National Science Center (NCN) and the National Centre for Research and Development (NCBiR). He developed a set of solutions for employers aimed at improving Human Resources Management processes and optimizing the work environment in terms of the needs of people with autism
