Dr Peter Sharp, PhD, MSc, BA (Oxon), PgCHPE, PgCRDSupervision, PgCRM, FHEA Assistant Professor of Creative Enterprise
Peter is an Assistant Professor of Creative Enterprise at Regents University London and a Christian who is an elder at his local church in North East London. He has over 20 years’ experience of research in Knowledge Management and Learning in Organisations. He is an experienced trainer of supervisors and life coach in business and has run numerous cross-disciplinary events, authored over 200 articles, and is a passionate artist who runs staff wellbeing events. He is delighted to share his keynote with you entitled “Some Key Notes on Creative Enterprise in a Troubled World”.

Faculty of Management in the Department of HRM at Wroclaw University of
Economics and Business (WUE) in Poland. Author and co-author of more than 50 publications in the field of Human Resources Management, Human Resources Development as well as European Funds. She has been granted Best Paper award by the European Journal of Training and Development, Emerald Publishing and The Alan Moon Memorial Prize at 19th International Conference on Human Resource Development organized by Newcastle Business School in 2018 for the paper The European Social Fund in the Visegrad Countries in the 2007-13 Programming Phase with Eduardo Tomé as a co-author.
She acted as a visiting scholar and participated in many traineeship abroad
including Loyola University in Chicago, Oxford University, as well as University of Malta, Charles III University of Madrid and Applied University of Science in Mainz in Germany.
She has been the coordinator of many European Union projects financed from
European Social Fund as well as National Agency of Foreign Exchange and
Erasmus + Program. She initiated and coordinated in years 2014-2019 two
postgraduate programs at WUE – International Human Resources Management (IHRM) and Business Communication in collaboration with the University of Malta.
Katarzyna is also an entrepreneur and the owner of Bizneslingua.
